Safety & Health Circular No. 14/2010 – Withdrawal of Recognition of Mandatory Safety Training (MST) Courses run by the Safety Specialist Services Limited (SSSL)
The Commissioner for Labour has withdrawn the captioned courses under the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap.59) and the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulations (Cap.59AE) with effect from 4 June 2010.
